My Story:  This is my 2000 Trans Am. I owned a 1987 TA with 134,000 miles. In 2000 I decided I needed to get something new and more reliable. I thought about going practical and getting something like a SUV or a gasp new mustang, but I came to my senses and knew I just had to get another Trans. Well then began the search for my color. I just do not like that orange red color that was usually seen on TAs. I wanted another one in the flame red like my '87. The closest color was this Maple Red Metallic. It is not as bright a red as my '87, but it sure does look nice.

Plans for the future:  I want to add custom ram air superhawk hood, custom painted graphic bird, wings west ground effects and even more performance mods.
